Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password. If you sign in via Azure AD or another identity provider, we receive your profile information from that provider.

Usage data

We collect information about how you use the platform, including time entries, project assignments, and feature usage patterns. This data belongs to your organization and is stored in your tenant.

Technical data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access times for security and performance monitoring.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Dime.Sheets platform
  • To authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • To process transactions and send related information
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To send important notices about the service

4. Data isolation

Dime.Sheets is a multi-tenant platform. Each organization's data is logically isolated. Users can only access data belonging to their own tenant. We do not share data between tenants.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When an organization cancels its subscription, we retain data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Microsoft Azure — Cloud hosting and authentication
  • Stripe — Payment processing

These providers have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and regular security audits. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
